Yes! All items are handmade by me with care and attention to detail. Because of this, each piece is unique and may have slight variations — that’s the beauty of handmade.

 

📦 How is my order packaged?

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Many items are also gift-ready wrapped in tissue paper.

 

📦 Do we accept returns?

 

✅ Returns

I gladly accept returns on non-custom, unused items.

You must contact me within 30 days of delivery

Items must be returned within 14 days of approval

Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method (excluding original postage) within 14 days.

Custom or personalised orders

Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery

📦 Damaged or incorrect orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and I will happily arrange a replacement or refund.

 

❌ Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours unless work has already started on a custom order.

🧶 Placing a custom order

To request a custom order, please send me a message before purchasing with:

Details of what you’d like made, with any reference photos

Colours, size, and any personalisation

Your ideal time frame

Once we’ve agreed on the design, price, and delivery time, I’ll create a custom listing just for you to place your order.

Payment will need to be made before any work will take place but I can send you photos of the finished item before postage to check you are happy with the design.

 

How long until you ship my order?

Custom orders are handmade to order and processing times will vary depending on complexity and current workload. I will always give you an estimated delivery date upon ordering.

 

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

✔ Currently, I ship worldwide except to countries within the European Union. 

Customs charges to the USA are included within the shipping charge.

I am based in the UK and all items are sent second class 2-5 days or international standard 7-10 days. Tracking is not normally available but please contact me to discuss faster  shipping/tracked shipping.

 

🧼 How do I care for my crochet item?

Crochet items should be gently hand washed in cold water and left to air dry.

 

📸 Will my item look exactly like the photo?

I do my best to match photos as closely as possible, but due to the handmade nature and screen differences, slight variations may occur.
